Squash Beginner Lessons
No previous experience required. The following technical components will be thought: grip, forehand, backhand, volleys, serve and return of serve. Players will also learn basic rules and tactics. A large portion of the lesson will be match play.

Squash Ladder is for players that know that basic rules of squash and are able to play the game.
Players are responsible for arranging own matches at own time and paying own court fees.
Once the match is complete please write the score on the Squash Buletin Board.
